Dom Perignon is vintage Champagne only. Each Vintage wine is created from the finest grapes grown in one single year. Reinventing itself by interpreting the unique character of the seasons. The 2014 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is a gorgeous and multilayered wine that showcases the complexity of all seven of the Bordeaux varietals that we farm. The wine is dark ruby red in color with aromas of red raspberries, currant, ripe plum and smoked meats. Focused flavors of wild cherry jam, plum butter, and raspberry cobbler are followed by a long finish with integrated acidity and complex palate filling tannins. Muscular, but with restrained elegance, this wine carries the O’Shaughnessy trademark of balance and power.

Napa Valley Cabernet is a knockout from a vintage that has been declared a modern classic.

One sniff, and anticipation takes hold. Beautiful aromas of vine-ripened blackberry contrast perfectly with spicy notes of nutmeg. There is a luscious weight and texture to the wine, but also a racy edge of well-balanced acidity on the palate. This is an extraordinary Cabernet – powerful, yet elegant, with all the wonderful aging potential you’ve come to expect from Heitz wines.

Artistry showcases the essence of vanilla bean, perfumed herbs, raspberry and blackberry traits with a touch of toasted nuts. On the palate the black fruit comes forward with layered black currant and blackberry. French Oak lends mocha and vanilla accented spice an toasted sweetness. The tannins are very well developed and should integrate as the wine decants or is allowed cellar time.

Sparkling

In the heart of Italy’s lush Prosecco region, the La Marca Trevigiana zone grows the revered glera grapes we use to make our delicately flavored wine. With delicate, golden straw color and lively effervescence, our Prosecco is one of the best with aromas of fresh citrus, honey and white flowers. The palate is fresh and clean, with flavors of ripe lemons, green apple and grapefruit framed by mineral undertones.

Moscato 

Deep straw yellow color with golden reflections. Unmistakable bouquet that at first includes musk and peach, and then honey and white flower. Light with an agile and elegant structure, but always compact, with medium freshness and low minerality.

White

Alluring aromas of lychee, pineapple cake and nectarine leap from the glass, along with zesty notes of grapefruit and lime. On the palate, this beautifully structured wine strikes a seamless balance between its rich, silky texture and the crisp acidity that adds poise and freshness to the abundant layers of bright citrus fruit.

Enticing aromas of vanilla, melon and mango are layered with apricot, creme brulee, butter and a slight minerality. Those scents are echoed as flavors on the creamy, rich palate, along with peach, pie crust and baking spices. The long, smooth finish is marked by mouthwatering acidity.

Complex citrus fruit flavors and aromas with a slight hint of oak highlight this crisp, clean release. The vineyard was hand harvested and the fruit was fermented using a Chardonnay yeast to enhance the bright fruit character. The light straw color hints at the fresh, appealing flavor profile and delicate oak accents.

Red

Aged for six months in High West Rye Whiskey Barrels, Cooper & Thief Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich wine with warm, dark fruit aromas, a lush mouthfeel, and supple tannins touched by hints of toasted rye spice. It is complex on the palate and finishes with a smooth structure reminiscent of a fine rye whiskey.

19 Crimes Red Blend is a bright red to crimson hues. Intense lifted vanilla aromatics balanced with ripe red to dark berry fruits. Full and round on the palate with a distinct sweetness giving a rich and round mouth feel. The vanilla aromatics carry through on the palate and compliment subtle flavors of chocolate and a cedary spice. The palate finishes soft and fruity with a pleasant lingering freshness.

Hand harvested and moved through an 82-degree fermentation using a Burgundy yeast to enhance the bright fruit character. The cool fog and bay breezes created a moderate vineyard climate resulting in a multi-layered, fruit driven wine with age softened tannins and a pleasant balance of fruit and oak. Aged 18 months in a new and neutral French and American oak barrels.

Cabernet Sauvignon 337 exudes vibrant aromas of black cherry, ripe currant, fresh herbs and lightly roasted coffee. Smooth tannins and balanced acidity support core flavors of blackberry, black cherry and chocolate, intertwined with spicy black peppers accents on the finish.

Zinfandel

Dark ruby color with bold aromas of black licorice, black pepper, cherry and baking spice. The entry is rich, full, and scintillating. The palate is mouthwatering and smooth with a hint of chocolate. The finish is voluptuous with soft, velvety tannins.
